I was born in England, but I have spent most of my life here in Calgary and am truly proud to call myself Canadian. Calgary isn’t just where I live, it’s home. I understand the communities, the amenities, and the people who make this city such a special place to build a life.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Education (After Degree – Master of Teaching). My professional background includes work in both healthcare and education, where I developed strong communication skills, empathy, and a deep commitment to guiding others with patience and clarity. For nearly 20 years, I also played a supporting role in our family real estate business, gaining invaluable behind-the-scenes insight into the industry and a genuine appreciation for the level of care and dedication clients deserve.

That experience ultimately inspired me to step into a more active role and become a REALTOR® myself. Today, I combine my real estate knowledge with the skills I developed as a teacher, breaking down complex information, answering questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, and ensuring my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. I believe education is empowering, especially in an industry as complex and dynamic as real estate.

Marian has always had an interest in real estate, and after building a strong foundation in exceptional customer service with the Calgary Public Library, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step. First licensed in 2015, she has spent much of the past decade helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease. Her passion for excellence in customer care is at the core of everything she does.
